General Description

Canaan’s high-efficiency pharmaceutical coating machine is designed for applying organic film, aqueous film, sugar coating, enteric coating, and sustained/controlled-release coatings to tablets, pills, and pellets. The perforated drum design ensures uniform coating coverage while minimizing material waste and energy consumption.

Available with full containment options (OEB level) for handling potent compounds, the coater features negative pressure operation, split valve (α-β valve) connection, BIBO filter, and closed sampling — making it suitable for high-potency API (HPAPI) coating applications.

Equipped with intelligent spray gun adjustment system, WIP/CIP cleaning, and PLC control with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance for pharmaceutical data integrity.
