The MC Series dust-free grinding module is a targeted process solution for pharmaceutical and food-grade milling stations — addressing the two most common problems in powder size reduction: dust generation and uneven discharge.

Designed by the Canaan Leemit team, the MC Series runs as a fully closed system with a continuous crushing capacity of 300–2,500 kg/h (measured with 60-mesh white granulated sugar). Temperature is monitored continuously to protect both material integrity and bearing life — with an optional cooling water jacket for heat-sensitive APIs.
