After mixing, dry material is charged to top receiving port by specific charger by vacuum or lifter, and then transferred to pressure chamber by conveyer screw(OPTION item for Vacuum charging or lifter). Two high pressure rollers extrude against material to form extreme high density slice, which goes through cutting system and 2 level mill systems, becomes uniform size granules, and then dry granulating process is finished. Roller compactor machine directly produces granules from powder without intermediate or additive, granules are uniform sized and bulk density obviously increased. This machine is material and power efficient, final product appearance and flowability is good for easy storage and transfer. Material compress time is short; during the whole system material temperature is strictly controlled to protect active components, the process especially applies for thermosensitive and humidity sensitive products.
