Working Principle

When working, push the mixing bin into the rotary body, and press the “OK” key on the touch screen to automatically lift the bin in place and clamp it. The pressure sensor drives the system to mix according to the set time and speed after the clamping signal is received; the angle between rotary body (mixing bin) and rotary axis is 30°, the materials (in the mixing bin) are tumbled with the rotation of rotary body and moves tangentially along the bin wall to achieve the best mixing effect; when the set mixing time is up, the rotary body stops vertically (mixing finished); lower the mixing bin, and print process data, then push the bin to next process.

The HZD Series Bin Blender is a pharmaceutical-grade mixing system designed for large-batch dry powder blending. It works with standard IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) bins of various sizes, enabling flexible batch-size changes without cleaning the blender itself — only the bin needs to be cleaned or swapped.

The 30° tilting angle between the rotary body and rotation axis creates a tumbling motion that achieves uniform powder mixing without dead zones. This makes the HZD ideal for blending granules before tablet compression or capsule filling in OSD production lines.

Available in configurations for 200L to 2000L IBC bins (confirm range with Canaan).
