The NJP-1200 series capsule filling machine, independently designed and produced by ChinaCanaan, has undergone multiple improvements and innovations by incorporating advanced foreign technology. It is the preferred equipment for hospitals and small to medium-sized pharmaceutical companies, replacing the previously used semi-automatic capsule filling machines.
The entire machine uses an intermittent rotary mechanism and a tamping method for quantitative filling. It is suitable for filling powder and granules into capsules ranging from size 00# to 5#. Optional auxiliary equipment, such as an automatic capsule feeder, vacuum feeder, metal detector, polisher, and elevator, can also be added.

The upper mold operates in a circular up-and-down motion using dual shafts, while the lower mold operates in a circular in-and-out motion, also using dual shafts. Both are fitted with imported silicone sealing rings, which reduce powder leakage caused by the back-and-forth movement of the shafts. The operation is smooth and highly precise.
The dual shafts of both the upper and lower molds are secured with pressure caps, making assembly and disassembly easy and convenient for cleaning. Replacing the sealing rings does not require opening the turntable.
This design solves the issue of complex mold installation and removal, reduces employee labor intensity, and extends the service life of the workstation turntable.
The natural deformation of the measuring plate and copper ring has been eliminated, ensuring uniform gaps and reducing powder leakage. The assembly and disassembly are straightforward, making cleaning easy. This guarantees device consistency.
