When working, push the mixing bin into the rotary body, and manually turn the handwheel to lock it. The pressure sensor drives the system to automatically lift the bin in position and mix according to the set time and speed after the bin in-place signal is received. The angle between rotary body (mixing bin) and rotary axis is 30°. The materials in the bin is tumbled with the rotation of the bin and moves tangentially along the bin wall at the same time, thus achieving the best mixing effect. When the set time is up, the bin automatically rotates to the vertical position (mixing finished) and be lowered in position, then print out the process data, and transfer the bin to next process.
