Agitated Nutsche Filter / Dryer

Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer is a vessel designed for solid-liquid separation, washing, filtering and vacuum drying. Liquid-solid separation is carried out under pressure or vacuum. A special 360° rotating spray device is installed inside the container for internal cleaning of container and material cleaning. The filter cake is loosened layer by layer by the stirring blade, the heating device of the equipment evenly heats the filter cake, and the wet material is heated with hot nitrogen in a vacuum state to accelerate the evaporation. The material is scraped loose and automatically discharged from the side discharge port of the tank wall by reversing the stirring blade at the bottom.
