Working Principle

Film Coating

Under the action of agitator, the tablet core to be coated continuously moves in the hermetically sealed Coating Pan. The coating medium is evenly sprayed on the surface of tablet core through peristaltic pump and spray device by setting technological processes and parameters set on PLC. Meanwhile, with Coating Pan under negative pressure, 100,000 grade purified hot air is input into the pan from the hot air cabinet, to dry the tablet bed with coated medium, and is discharged from the air outlet at the bottom of the pan. The whole coating process is completed based on the set procedures of PLC. So that the coating film can be dried quickly and evenly. Forming a solid, smooth and dense flat coating film on the surface of tablet core by repeating such processes, and the utilization rate of the coating powder can be as high as 95%.

Sugar Coating

Operate manually (or by diaphragm pump) to make the syrup mixture evenly sprayed on the surface of tablet core which are rotated with the Coating Pan (rotates clockwise). At the same time, hot air is applied to the pan to quickly remove the surface moisture of the tablet, and achieve the polishing effect.
