1. Confirm that the equipment is in good condition.

3. Install the punch die
(1)Open the glass door and remove the discharge device.
(2)Clean the working surface, mold holes, installed molds, and specialized equipment of the turntable piece by piece.
(3)Wipe the periphery of the middle mold with oil, gently drive the middle mold into the mold ring in sequence with a special rod, and tighten the fastening screws on the side of the turntable. After installation, use a knife edge ruler to check whether each middle mold is installed in place on the turntable
(4)For the installation of the lower punch, first apply a layer of oil to the lower punch, then install it in the lower mold hole in sequence. After installation, install the lower punch baffle and tighten it.
(5) For the installation of the upper punch, wipe the upper punch with oil, install it in the upper mold holes in sequence, and install the oil collection rings one by one. At the same time, tighten the protective cover of the upper punch. After installing the mold, rotate the equipment by hand to check for any abnormal noise. Check if the mold is installed in place.
4. Install equipment components.
(1) First, install the forced feeder and tighten the screws to check if the scraper is installed properly.
(2) Install the feeder.
(3) Install the discharge.
(4) Finally, install the discharge tray and plug in the electrical equipment
(5) After the equipment is installed, rotate it by hand first. If there are no abnormalities, install the peripheral cover and prepare to turn it on.
