A servo-driven quantitative guide rail positions the lower punches with an accuracy of 0.01 mm, precisely controlling the filling depth. A dosing or floating scraper removes excess powder to guarantee a consistent fill volume in every die cavity.
All T-series and GZPK presses are equipped with a Level 3 safety circuit for safe operation, together with monitoring systems for pre-pressure, punch tightness, and ejection force. Overload protection and a tight-punch alert further safeguard both operators and equipment.
Yes. The PLC continuously tracks the average tablet weight measured by the pressure sensor and automatically drives the quantitative guide rail to adjust the filling amount, keeping tablet weight close to the set value throughout the run.
