Dry Granulation Machine LGCS100 is mainly designed for the need of large-yield granulation, especially suitable for traditional Chinese medicine. The whole equipment has good rigidity, large capacity and can be cleaned. The modular disassembly and assembly brings great convenience to production staff.
Pelletizers are essentially rotary grinders used to grind scrap parts and melt delivery systems (gates and runners) into feed-sized particles for reprocessing. This enables moldmakers to reduce waste and produce components in a more economical manner.
Dry Granulator uses mechanical compression (blocking) or compaction (rolling) to promote agglomeration of dry powder particles, while wet granulation uses a granulation liquid (binder/solvent) to promote agglomeration through adhesion to form wet agglomerates.

LGCS100 Dry Granulation Machine uses the latest rolling control technology. This equipment can adjust any fluctuation of physical properties (such as local unevenness) between different materials and different batches of the same material, so that the process parameters (such as processing capacity, sheet density, rolling pressure, speed, etc.) of dry granulation can be accurately and repeatedly adjusted, thus producing high quality products efficiently.
Particles usually have corresponding particle size requirements. After roll pressing, the final particles can be produced only after the crushing of the granulation system. Through the control system, the granulation system is adjusted to produce particles with relatively stable particle size.

New drive method
All drive structures are driven by servo motor, which makes the operation more precise. The left and right pressure rollers can be operated independently or in combination, and the speed adjustment is more precise. Due to the independent driving system of the left and right pressure rollers, it is feasible and convenient to adjust the clearance of the left and right pressure rollers on-line. The rotation of the pressure rollers and the adjustment of the clearance are independent of each other and there is no interference.
Innovative roller gap adjusting system
To avoid contamination and maintenance difficulties in the hydraulic system, a servo motor and related drives are used to precisely control the roller gap.
Unique feeding system
With the synchronous operation mode of horizontal and vertical feeding, the feeding system consists of two feeding screw. The unique operation control ensures that the material will not be blocked.
Adjusted rotation speed and angle of rotor
Most Dry granulator rotor can only be rotated in one direction. Using the motor servo drive, the rotor can realize the forward and reverse rotation, and adjust the rotation speed and angle, so the milling effect will be better.

Unique Inflatable Sealing Structure
The front side of the granulating area is equipped with tempered glass door, which is convenient to observe the real-time production. The inflatable sealing ring is arranged around the glass door. the inflatable sealing structure is adopted to seal the glass door, so that the closed production can be realized.
Ajustable screen basket
The Chamber is equipped with a spray head，which can realize the function of washing in place。In the process of granulation, a large amount of dust will be produced in the chamber。The Washing-in-Place can effectively prevent the dust pollution hazard after the production stop
In order to ensure the normal operation of the rollers, the rollers can be cooled by circulating water according to the demand. The circulating water cooling circuit is integrated in the equipment and disposed on the back of the equipment , avoiding the production area.
Unique Cleaning System for Closed Cleaning
The cleaning ball is installed in 9 parts, and the equipment can be cleaned in the key area without disassembling the parts.
Vacuum Vent Device(Option)
Vacuum vent can make the material more compact.This technology can exhaust excess gas in the material to improve material compactness and make the material squeeze more efficient.
This machine is made of stainless s steel, and the nonmetallic material which contact with powder all meet with FDA requirements. In addition, Hercules-100 Roller Compactor has a fully enclosed granulating system which is cleaner and more in line with GMP requirements.
