DPP-260K Fully Automatic Medium-speed Flat Type Alu-PVC/Alu-Alu Blister Packing Machine

Performance and Working Principle

•  Alu-plastic/Alu-Alu blister packs, used widely.
•  The machine is packed separately for easy entering the elevator and split purification workshop, and fasten the cylindrical pin by using screws when assembling.
•  Inverter equipped: (punching times 20-50 times/min) the punching times is set according to the stroke length and the difficulty of filling.
•  Auto detect and reject the unqualified blister.
•  Stable and accurate running, stroke range is 30-120mm (the blister size can be freely designed within this range). (Can equipped with feeding mechanism with servo motor, auto eye mark register device, and auto stroke compensation)                                                
•  The forming plate opens and closes automatically to limit the waste of package material within one blister.
•  Heat sealing: when the machine is stopped, the anilox plate is lifted by cylinder automatically, to eliminate the blister deformation caused by thermal radiation, easy for cleaning anilox plate, and meanwhile, act as a buffer against overpressure, which can prolong the service life of this machine.
•  Heat sealing with upper and lower meshes matched: both the positive and negative sides are dotted mesh pattern (which can also be sealed by line), which makes the plate more flat and improves the sealing performance because of the equal stress.
•  Auto alarm and stop when the packing material is run out and broken, for replacing and connecting PTP in time by operators.
•  All parts in contact with material (include bin) are made of stainless steel and non-toxic materials, GMP compliant.
•  Cantilever design, with safety door.
•  Mold installation and adjustment: adjusting mode of lathe-type guide rails and gear, the position is adjusted by positioner and ruler.
•  The changing mode method of forming device, heat sealing device, batch printing device and punching device are guided push-in handles to change the mold quickly, and no need to use wrenches or other tools when dismantling.

Features：

• The double roller compression servo traction method is used for traction, which runs smoothly, synchronizes accurately, and the stroke can be adjusted within any range, that is, the size of the plate can be designed freely within the allowable range of the mold width.
• Equipped with vibration feeder, improve the filling rate of shaped pieces and high-speed operation.
• PVC, automatic alarm, stop, while equipped with emergency stop safety device, improve the operator in the adjustment Test the safety in mold change.
