The equipment integrates wet granulation, one-step granulation and total mixing equipment into isolator to form an airtight working environment to reduce or even avoid human body damage caused by dust spillover. The equipment can meet requirements for dust leakage under OEB4 and OEB5 through separate air supply and exhaust system of isolator. It is operated by PLC + HMI system, which can greatly reduce the difficulty of operation.
The equipment adopts multiple sealing technology, including RTP valve, isolator, PUSH-PUSH, airtight conveying, BIBO, AB valve, CIP, automatic docking, etc.
Charge material into isolator through RTP valve → dump the material to the bowl for wet granulation → wet granule will be vacuum transferred to fluid bed after wet granulation, → flap discharging to dry mill after material drying → vacuum transfer to the buffer bowl and then charging to mixing bin through AB valve →mixing bin docks AB valve through auto connection system and finishes discharging→ the finished granules discharged from the isolator through AB valve after granulated
This equipment forms an airtight and centralized treatment mode by sharing the air supply and exhaust system to avoid dust leakage. With multiple WIP points, there’s no need to disassemble or install clamps, pipes, etc. when cleaning. And the inflatable sealing structure can meet the requirements of sealing, also convenient to disassemble, which improves system operability. This equipment can fully meet the requirements of OEB4 without providing an isolator.
