1. 機器が良好な状態であることを確認します。

3.パンチダイを取り付ける
（１）ガラス扉を開けて排出装置を取り外します。
（２）ターンテーブルの作業面、金型穴、設置された金型、専用装置を一つ一つ清掃する。
（3）中間金型の周囲を油で拭き、専用ロッドで中間金型を金型リングに順番にゆっくりと押し込み、ターンテーブルの側面にある固定ネジを締めます。取り付け後、ナイフエッジ定規を使用して、各中間金型がターンテーブルに所定の位置に取り付けられているかどうかを確認します。
（4）下パンチの取り付けは、まず下パンチに油を塗布し、次に下金型穴に順番に取り付けます。取り付け後、下パンチバッフルを取り付けて締めます。
（5）上パンチの取り付けは、上パンチを油で拭き、上金型の穴に順番に取り付け、オイル収集リングを1つずつ取り付けます。同時に、上パンチの保護カバーを締めます。金型を取り付けた後、機器を手で回転させて異常な音がないか確認します。金型が所定の位置に取り付けられているかどうかを確認します。
4. 機器コンポーネントをインストールします。
（１）まず強制給餌装置を取り付け、ネジを締めてスクレーパーが正しく取り付けられているかどうかを確認します。
（２）フィーダーを設置します。
（３）排出口を取り付ける。
（4）最後に排出トレイを取り付け、電気機器を接続します。
（５）機器を設置したら、まずは手で回してみて異常がなければ周辺カバーを取り付けて電源を入れる準備をします。
