Online detector for sealing quality of aluminum foil
PRINCIPLE
Online detecting the sealing quality of products after electromagnetic or thermal sealing. In particular, detect the sealing quality of aluminum foil after the capping, without opening the cap. The infrared camera is used to capture the top image after sealing, and the software is used to analyze the temperature distribution map of each point in the top area. By comparing the big data with the set template image, the sealing temperature and quality can be judged, and the unqualified products will be eliminated.
