Summer has arrived once again for the young members of the Canaan community. On August 17, Canaan Technology officially opened its 2026 Summer Camp for Employees’ Children at the third-floor conference hall of Building E at Canaan headquarters in Wenzhou.

Held under the theme **“Inspiring Young Minds, Caring at Canaan,”** the summer camp aims to create wonderful summer memories for the children of Canaan employees, help employees address childcare needs during the summer break, and demonstrate Canaan’s care and support for its employees and their families.

Accompanied by upbeat music, the young campers entered the venue in their camp uniforms, guided by their coaches. They lined up neatly and were full of energy and excitement, with curiosity about the summer camp ahead written all over their faces.

A video featuring highlights from previous summer camps immediately caught the children’s attention. The laughter and happy moments of past campers on the big screen quickly helped the new campers feel at home and become part of the group.

Amid warm applause, Wu Wutong, General Manager of Canaan Solid Dosage Business Division, took the stage to deliver the opening remarks. He encouraged the campers to make the most of the experience:

“The summer camp is not only a chance to relax and have fun, but also an opportunity to develop independence and experience teamwork. I hope that, while staying safe, you will be brave enough to explore, discover and make new friends, and bring the resilience and kindness you learn at camp back home with you.”

The opening ceremony then reached one of its most meaningful moments—the camp flag handover. In front of all the campers, Wu Wutong formally presented the summer camp flag to the coach representative, symbolizing the honor and spirit of the camp.

As the flag was raised, the venue filled with applause, marking the official start of the 2026 summer camp.

“3, 2, 1—Fly!”

Following the host’s countdown, all the campers cheered and launched colorful paper airplanes into the air. Hundreds of paper airplanes soared across the venue, carrying the children’s innocent dreams and hopes for the future.

At the end of the ceremony, members of the company’s management team lined up at the exit to see the campers off. Smiling and reaching out their hands for high-fives, they encouraged the children with words such as “Keep going!”, “Have fun!” and “Be brave!”

The cheers and high-fives came together as a warm send-off. Surrounded by encouragement and best wishes, the campers set off on their summer adventure.

During the camp, the young campers will take part in a variety of courses and activities, including **AI introduction, scientific exploration, creative crafts and outdoor team-building activities**.

We believe that every experience can contribute to their growth, and every moment of companionship can become a precious memory.
